Dolphin Swim!

The night after lounging on the beach, was formal night on the ship. We weren't too excited about hanging out with a bunch of bachelors, so we went to the sushi bar on the ship instead.

The next morning, we awoke on the port of Nassau, the capital of the Bahamas. We had to be up and around pretty early because our dolphin experience began at 9:30. We walked off the ship onto a port where we met the rest of our tour group and loaded up on a boat that took us to the other side of the island. The dolphin swim was the most amazing experience I've ever had. By far, the best and most memorable part of our honeymoon! We were in the water with the dolphins for half of the day! They are so sweet and intelligent.

On the ferry to the dolphins.

Passing some extravagant docks on our way to the dolphins.

I have the video of most of our interaction with the dolphins, but I can't find it since we started packing to move! I'll try to post it when I find it.

This was our girl, Aunty V. She was so smart, it was amazing! We were told she didn't like men and she wouldn't go near the other men in our group, but she loooooved her some Mike! She kept going back to him and swimming around him and when it was time to push us across the water, she practically threw Mike up in the air.

Aunty V gives sweet kisses but she smells like a big stinky fish! We fed her, made her dance (which was hilarious), watched her gargle the water with her blow hole and jabber her teeth to tell us she liked our fish we gave her and spit water at us when she didn't like us...it was amazing.
